Student Engagement Lead - Communications (Parental Leave Cover)
About the Department
Student Success leads the University’s work to improve equality of opportunity to higher education by taking a whole lifecycle approach to improving access, retention and student success. We do this through a combination of universal and targeted impactful interventions and collaborating with teams across Goldsmiths promoting continuous improvement.
About the Role
The post holder will contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of a student communications function which provides a central resource for supporting the dissemination of key messages, supporting successful student journeys and building student communities and belonging. As a temporary appointment during this period the role holder will play a key role in the design and delivery of student communications and engagement relating to the annual Welcome, Induction & Transitions Programme of the University.
About the Candidate
You will be experienced with writing copy for publication and designing and delivering communications and engagement campaigns for impact. The ideal candidate will be experienced with using CRM systems or other similar digital engagement tools. You will be experienced in creating and working to clear plans and managing relations with a range of stakeholders to achieve goals.
