Reading List Support Officer (fixed term)
Based in the Discovery Services team in the Library, the Reading List Support Officer helps to support teaching, learning, and research at Goldsmiths by assisting in the creation, editing, and management of online reading lists.
The role will involve working closely with the Reading Lists Coordinator and the Digital Assets team and liaising with subject librarians and other library teams, as well as with academic departments and other university staff. You will also work with our reading list software provider to help troubleshoot reading lists and assist with updates and developments to the reading list system. This role will also involve some digitisation of material for reading lists and collecting of statistics for reporting purposes. You will also participate in other areas of the library activity such as regularly working at the library helpdesk and staffing our online chat service.
