Lecturer in EAP
You will have an advanced ELT qualification as well as considerable experience of ELT and EAP, particularly of UK international foundation and pre-masters programmes. You will have excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills. In addition you will be highly motivated and have a flexible approach to work, and be a good team player.
You will teach across the range of EAP programmes and college-wide courses provided by the Centre; Engage with different (and often difficult) theoretical discourses, in order to develop relevant language materials; Design and contribute materials to all modules on the Goldsmiths International Foundation Certificates and Graduate Diploma Pathways, Pre-sessional programmes and in-sessional courses.
The English Language Centre (ELC) is an Academic Area within the School of Arts and Humanities. The ELC runs full-time award-bearing programmes: International Foundation Certificates and Graduate Diplomas; pre-sessional programmes and in-sessional courses. The ELC has 7 permanent academic members of staff, a number of Associate Lecturers, as well as a current administrative team of 2.
