We are looking for an experienced Timetabler with a positive can-do approach to provide efficient timetabling support and room booking scheduling for the University.
You will have substantial proven Timetabling expertise and experience in a complex and dynamic organisation. Substantial proven experience of analysing and dealing with large complex specifications of requirements and scheduling those requirements to provide workable solutions using enterprise databases/SPLUS and software systems is essential, along with proven experience of providing professional customer support services and working through formal organisational structures.
The ability to work to a high degree of professionalism and accuracy, with good attention to detail and tight deadlines is key. Your application will demonstrate that you can prioritise workload under pressure. You will need good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to collect, process and present data; good attention to detail; and practical IT skills including the use of multiple large databases and MS Office. The ability to analyse, collect, process and present data, including statistical data is essential. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative as well as effectively within a team, being flexible and adaptable to the workload and team requirements.
