We're looking for inspiring and talented people to help build on our global reputation while also growing personally in a true learning organisation. We are keen to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds who share our commitment to creating an inclusive culture in which all students and staff can thrive.

About the department

The Students and Programmes Hub teams are central to supporting students throughout their programme of study. They provide core administrative services to enable students to access their learning, manage their time and complete their studies successfully, and provide a front-line enquiry service for students. Working closely with academic and professional services staff across the College, the Students and Programmes Hub teams support a range of central administrative activities, deliver programme administration and discipline-specific support.

The Student and Programmes Hub teams are key units within the Academic Registry, alongside Student Success and Registry Operations and Systems. There are three Hub teams – currently supporting six departments each – and they were created following the restructure of Professional Services in July 2022. We are currently seeking a Hub Manager for the team that works with the following departments: Computing, Education Studies, Institute for Creative and Cultural Studies, Institute of Management Studies, Psychology, and Social, Therapeutic and Community Studies.

It requires a varied skillset including the ability to manage key relationships across academic and professional services colleagues; to plan, communicate and deliver effective services to students and staff; to monitor and improve those service based upon metrics and feedback; and to support and lead a professional team of Coordinators and Assistants.

We are seeking to recruit to this role on a fixed term basis during a period of maternity leave through to mid-October 2025. The role is available for immediate start.
