We are looking for someone with good administrative skills and event management experience to work across the team and support undergraduate and postgraduate UK and EU student recruitment, and widening participation activities.

This varied role covers logistics for online and in-person school/college events, preparing content for the GoldNetwork e-newsletter, collating data to help monitor and evaluate projects, providing admin support for our student ambassador scheme, and providing project support for selected post-16 activities such as Goldsmiths Progression Scheme, Goldsmiths Taster Days, and De:Construct.

This is an interesting and varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with young people, teachers, and academics.

Due to the timings of school events, the role holder may be asked to work and travel outside regular office hours (early mornings, evenings and some weekends).

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months from the date of appointment.
