Goldsmiths, University of London is seeking to appoint a Student Adviser to join our Student Advice and Front Line Services.
You will work flexibly across our contact points acting as the first point of contact for students, staff and members of the public and responding to enquiries face-to-face, electronic and by telephone.
You will have proven experience of working in a customer focused environment including working with students /customers from a diverse range of cultural and social backgrounds.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for dealing with all enquiries to the service, be competent in delivering an enhanced student experience, and be able to triage problems that are more complex, and facilitating students’ access to the Departments specialist services.
You be required to work with minimal supervision dealing with a wide range of enquiries and be confident using IT systems and Microsoft office suite.
