About this role
Reporting to: Deputy Director of Research and Enterprise
Summary:
The role holder will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities within the department, including providing support for grant capture and financial oversight as well as assisting with relevant REF initiatives and the department’s researcher development programme. S/he will organise workshops and other events, service relevant committees, draft content for the College’s internal and external websites, and work with colleagues in the wider department to ensure the timely and effective delivery of the department’s strategy and priorities.
We are seeking a motivated professional, with an established track record of working in a research environment. Flexible and versatile, the post-holder will have proven communication, collaboration and numeracy skills. S/he will be adept at working collaboratively with others as part of a team, as well as taking responsibility for the delivery of particular tasks and functions.
