Registry Adviser Enrolment and Records
The Enrolment and Records Team are responsible for the university enrolment process and records management, primary using the university Student Records database, in the maintenance of student and alumni records.
The section is part of the Registry which sits within the Student Experience Directorate (SED) the professional service department that underpins the student journey.
We are seeking an experienced student administration professional to join the Registry team as an Enrolment and Records Adviser
This role will be responsible for the maintenance of biographical and academic records for all students or alumni registered at the university, and advising both staff and students on regulations and procedures pertaining to the students record.
We are seeking someone who has worked within a higher education setting with experience of using a student record system and Microsoft applications.
The role requires enthusiasm, energy and flexibility to work with systems and processes which contribute to a high quality student experience.
