About the Department

The Department of IT & Digital Services (ITDS) is responsible for providing IT and Digital services to support the learning, teaching, research, and administrative work of Goldsmiths. The Department plays a key role in ensuring that staff and students have excellent digital experiences that enhance their experience of working and studying at the College. The Department also plays a vital role in developing and supporting all major business systems, ensuring that products and services are resilient and can meet user needs.

About the Role

The role will lead a team of Product Engineers delivering secure, scalable digital products aligned to Goldsmiths’ strategic goals; collaborating with external suppliers/vendors as needed. Delivering product roadmaps, and embedding DevOps and agile practices, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centred solutions that enhance learning, teaching, research, and administration across the university.

About the Candidate

You are an experienced senior (product) engineer with a proven record in end-to-end delivery, DevOps and coaching teams. Combining technical depth with stakeholder engagement you have depth of skills and experience in delivering impactful, user-focused solutions
