We are proud of our highly skilled, collaborative staff and unique resources, which enable us to support our community in learning, teaching, scholarship, and research. As one of the Library Experience Managers, you will be responsible for the operational management of front line customer services, the library spaces and the Reader Services team. You will take ownership of the customer experience concentrating on the consistent delivery of good quality services to users and ensuring monitoring and feedback translates into service developments.  

About the Role 

Participating in the work of the Extended Library Management Team, the post holder will contribute and lead on Library and directorate wide projects as appropriate. Good collaborative and networking skills are essential.
