About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Children’s Literature and Creative Education to teach on the MA Children’s Literature and the MA Creative Writing and Education. The postholder will deliver research-led teaching, supervise MA and PhD students, contribute to curriculum development, and pursue an active programme of research and publication. They might hold a PGCE and have experience of Teacher Education in a subject relevant to Goldsmiths, such as English, Modern Foreign Languages.

About the Candidate

You will hold a PhD (or be near completion) in children’s literature or a related field, with experience of teaching and supervision at postgraduate level. You will bring expertise in children’s and young adult literature, creative writing or publishing, and demonstrate an emerging international research profile.
