About the Department
The Communications, Marketing and Recruitment team plays a central role in telling the Goldsmiths story to our key audiences. Our Communications, Marketing and Recruitment Strategy is aligned to four institutional objectives (a distinctive academic portfolio and approach to teaching and learning; research engaged in real world problems; promoting Goldsmiths as a cultural hub; preparing students for the future job market.
About the Role
The post-holders will be instrumental in meeting the University’s international targets and income. The International Student Recruitment Officer, supports the development and implementation of the international strategic plans to meet the University’s international targets and income. Some of the key responsibilities include building relationships with international schools, managing a network of recruitment agents, attending recruitment events, and organising on-campus activities.
About the Candidate
We are seeking two enthusiastic and motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, committed to promote UK education and Goldsmiths programmes. The post holders should be confident in delivering presentations, managing complex projects, and organising events, with a strong proficiency in IT skills. International travel will be a key component of this role, so applicants must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel up to 12 weeks per year.
