About the role...

The newly formed HR Shared Service team are seeking to appoint a permanent HR Recruitment Assistant, to join us at this exciting stage of evolution.

You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support for staff recruitment, including vacancy approvals, advertising, contracts of employment and on-boarding. Providing responsive customer service to agreed SLAs on end-to-end recruitment processes.

About you...

You should have previous experience working within a busy administration or customer service role and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will need to be confident and have great interpersonal skills as this role requires communicating with various stakeholders across the college and with candidates on a daily basis. You will have experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment that requires you to meet challenging an conflicting deadlines as well as being competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Goldsmiths is currently operating on a hybrid-working model, and you will be expected to work on campus for two days a week.
