Goldsmiths Recovery Programme is a 2-year transformation programme seeking to return Goldsmiths to financial sustainability and is looking for a highly experienced HR professional to join the Programme team. The role holder will be responsible for leading the HR activities within the Recovery Programme to support the development and implementation of new Target Operating Models (TOMs) across key areas of Professional Services and the academic portfolio.
The role holder will support the development and implementation of a robust people transition process as part of the Recovery Programme, and will work as part of a wider PMO Programme team of professionals passionate about driving change.
You will also have the opportunity to work as part of the wider HR service, contributing to service HR activities and HR strategic initiatives
