Full-Time Lecturer in Social Work (Convenor of MA in Social Work Programme)

The Department of Social, Therapeutic and Community Studies is seeking to recruit a motivated and experienced Social Work Lecturer to work on its established and widely recognised qualifying and post-qualifying programmes. You will also be required to take on the role of MA Social Work Programme Convenor. You will have a sound understanding of learning and practice contexts in Social Work, and will be required to teach, tutor and assess the learning of students.
You will have a first degree and higher degree together with a professional qualification in Social Work, HCPC registration and some experience of practice education, teaching or demonstrate the capacity to be able to teach at this level. You should also have a clear plan for research publication at a national of international level.
