Enrolment and Records Manager (Maternity Cover)
The Registry Operations Team focus on the student-centred day-to-day and business as usual activities of Student Administration such as enrolment, student fees processes, student records maintenance and student assessment. The wider directorate works collaboratively to provide a student journey focused on student experience, coordinating a full suite of co-curricular activities in order to develop and support our students, and by working in partnership with our academic departments.
The Role holder have oversight and responsibility for the Enrolments and Records Section with oversight and responsibility for student registration, student record administration and related processes. They will lead the Enrolment and Records team and manage the operational activities. Working to support the department’s strategic direction the role holder will look to enhance services, systems and processes which contribute to a high-quality student experience.
You will be an experienced Registry professional, who has experience of management teams within higher or further education. This will ideally have included working specifically to provide student records and registration support in an academic institution. You will have drive and interpersonal skills to build strong positive and collaborative relationships.
