Conference Services Experience Coordinator
The role holder will be working within the small Conference Services team assisting and taking ownership of coordinating and running events, conferences, concerts, filming among other meetings on campus. Answering emails, phone calls and in person requests for venue hire, and actively selling space on campus to both internal and external clients is essential.
The role holder will work with several internal stakeholders to ensure event delivery is efficient, smooth and that the client is always happy. Customer service is at the forefront of the role holder's mind at all times. The role holder will also need to demonstrate a strong financial understanding, and ability to manage and work within tight budgets, whilst working with clients and organising teams to ensure maximum benefit for both the university and the customer.
