About the Department

Part of Estates and Facilities Department, Conference Services aim to sell all available space for a range of events and conferences, including residential conferences and summer schools, generating income for the University.

About the Role

Acting as first point of contact, the role holder will respond to enquiries and provide clients with quotes. Working closely with colleagues, you will be required to provide knowledgeable and effective event planning to deliver high-standard events to maintain and raise Goldsmiths’ event business profile.

About the Candidate

With experience of event sales, planning and successful delivery, you are highly organized and pro-active. You have an excellent standard of verbal & written English grammar, possess a great attention to detail and the ability to trouble shoot in a time sensitive environment. A people person with the willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
