Conference Experience Coordinator
About the Department
The Conference Services Office is based within the Estates and Facilities department, and manages the sale, marketing and promotion of University facilities and services to external customers and provides support to internal departments wishing to organise conferences and events.
During the summer vacation period, a proportion of the University's residential provision allocated to Undergraduate students (Approx. 400 rooms) is managed by the Conference Services team on a commercial basis.
About the Candidate/Role
Working within Goldsmiths Estates and Facilities – Conference Services, you will be responsible for the operational supervision of the commercial offer for conferences and other bookings, including securing business, coordination, financial processes and delivery of multi-faceted events, both internally within the University and externally. You will be required to coordinate a service which is flexible and often requires unsociable hours of work.
