About the Department
The Student Systems and Data Team supports the primary student-focussed, business-critical systems that underpin student administration processes across the College. They work closely with colleagues across the College but particularly the Registry Operations team to ensure that both statutory and process review requirements are delivered effectively and are informed by systems improvements.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative or technical professional to provide systems support to our student focused core IT systems, and to contribute to the agenda of continuous improvement and enhancement of student administration at Goldsmiths.
About the Candidate
The role holder will play a support role contributing to the Student Record (SRS) and related systems. They will provide first line technical support and triage services for users and business processes.
The role holder will be required to create and maintain high quality, accurate student information records that can be used for the effective management of applications, enrolment, assessments outcomes, progression and conferral of award.
