Join our People Data & Reporting Team at Goldsmiths

About the Team
Our People Data & Reporting team sits within the People and Organisational Development (POD) Directorate. We provide the university with essential management information to support decision-making, meet business needs, and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements.

About the Role
We’re looking for a People Data & Reporting Manager to lead the team. You’ll oversee the delivery of accurate, accessible data to support annual reporting schedules, projects, and information requests. Working with colleagues across POD, Systems Development, and the wider university, you’ll ensure reporting needs are met, processes are improved, and data compliance (including GDPR) is maintained.

About You
You’re an experienced data manager who enjoys turning complex information into clear, useful insights. You’ll have strong technical knowledge of databases and reporting tools (Business World and PowerBI would be a plus), and a track record of process improvement. You’ll also be committed to developing your team and enhancing the service we provide.
