Painter & Decorator

The Candidate will have a proven history of delivering to a very high level of detail, filling, painting and decorating, caulking, etc within a hospitality environment such as Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Universities etc.  The Candidate will be part of a team delivering services across the campus to deliver a first class experience for Students and Academics alike.

Main duties:

• Preparation of surfaces to be decorated
• Painting of walls, doors, skirting boards, windows, floors, ceilings etc
• Caulking, Silicon Sealing
• Able to work of ladders, steps and scaffolding and MEWPS to achieve the desired results in decoration
• You will be required to undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required
• Ensure that you are aware of and aligned with Goldsmiths’ Regulations, Strategy, and Objectives to work together to proactively advance Equality and Diversity
• At all times to help maintain a safe working environment by participating in training as necessary and following the Goldsmiths’ Health and Safety Codes of Practice and Policy
