The Candidate will have a proven history of delivering to a very high level of detail, filling, painting and decorating, caulking, etc within a hospitality environment such as Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Universities etc. The Candidate will be part of a team delivering services across the campus to deliver a first class experience for Students and Academics alike.
Main duties:
- Preparation of surfaces to be decorated
- Painting of walls, doors, skirting boards, windows, floors, ceilings etc
- Caulking, Silicon Sealing
- Able to work of ladders, steps and scaffolding and MEWPS to achieve the desired results in decoration
- You will be required to undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required
