About the Department
The Admissions Team sits within the Student and Academic Services Directorate. The team processes applications for Goldsmiths programmes with an emphasis on delivering an excellent applicant experience while recruiting sufficient students to fill available places. Admissions work alongside other Student and Academic Services Directorate teams and the UK and International Recruitment Teams to maximise conversion of applicants to enrolled students.
About the Role
The Admissions Adviser is responsible for processing applications to programmes at Goldsmiths. You will work as part of an effective team to process applications to a portfolio of both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will also be able to provide excellent customer service to applicants, answering enquiries via email, telephone and in person.

You will have well developed administration, organisational, IT, and communication skills. You will be an excellent team player with a pro-active and flexible approach to constantly improving customer service.
